levels of creation

i experience levels

of creation
within the dream


i have wishes and desires
which will almost always
manifest to my surprise
sometimes


and for an instant
i experience a delight
and partial joy
to quickly be replaced
by fear of losing
what i seem
to have gained


frustration often ensues
as i try to protect
my imagined gains
all sorts of obstacles
to this completion
of my safety net
are presented me


now when i remember
it is but a dream
and i am not even
the dreamer of this dream
but just observer
of the twists and turns
and convoluted passages therein


without attachment
another kind of
creation occurs
one that brings a smile
a wave of the hand
a pat on the back
a hug
a throwing of the dream
to all to see and share
if that be their choice


no frustration here
only ease and playfulness
