can you feel that within your being in this moment?

close your eyes
hear the breath move in and out

you, beloved, are the very air
that sustains the functioning of this body

you are the translucent energy of light
that surrounds the body
bringing life to it in each moment of focus on this planet.

you are a beloved brother of the higher realm
with arms outstretched you receive into your being
the very love that you are....
that you extend to all others.....
