Jeshua here uses the analogy of a tree to make the distinction between what is real and what is temporal. In this analogy, the trunk is permanent reality and, from this reality, we, as the branches, bring the love represented by the leaves and flowers growing from these branches into the temporal. These leaves and flowers replenish the temporal earth allowing new symbols of love to emerge.
THE TREE OF LIFE
is a symbol of the one true love…
the trunk is a symbol of our union…
it simply is…
you extend this union when you appear in time as the branches…
each of you the most perfect extension of this truth…
you birth the new leaves that bloom in spring and the old that leave as fall comes again…
yet, the trunk is the only reality…
all the rest is a temporal creation for you to enjoy and bless…
this union we share is all that is…
