THE ECSTACY OF GOD
m o v I n g i n t o B r e a t h…
i n h a l e…………
………………e x h a l e…
m o v i n g w i t h B r e a t h…
eyes looking inward…
mind focused on the light…
as breath and mind
begin the dance of oneness
in the eternal N OW moment
they move as one
and in this movement
the ecstasy of God is revealed
opening to the light
a new world is entered
a transcendent moment of experience
beyond words…
beyond thoughts…
all is left behind
in that eternal moment

Holiness is experienced as we lie down and accept the inflowing breath as coming from our Creator who gives us new life and cares for us in the palms of His hands. The out flowing breath relaxes us; we trust in Him and know that we are safe in His arms. He only has good things to bring to us, sunshine and beauty and good days. He only has love for us. Breathe in, breathe out. Reach up and extend my arms to the Kingdom, and there will He be, pulling me inward, deep. He only has blessings for us. All of his will for us is love!
