to experience the separation
and in doing so
the pain seems real
we honor our choice
by experiencing the pain fully--
the pain of rejection,
the pain i call sadness,
the pain of apparent attack
upon what we value
we need do nothing with it.
today i expressed my sadness
and you your rejection
they are the same.
we are simply called to share
with one another what is not love
not for fixing of something
that is wrong with us
but of allowing it to be what
it seems to be.

all that is not love will disappear
in our acceptance
of our intent to experience
all that is not love
so that the fullness of love
will be manifest
